Service Description:
Mindful Nest Co provides holistic home care services aimed at enhancing well-being and creating a nurturing environment. Our services may include but are not limited to cleaning, decluttering, organising, , energy cleanse with mindfulness practices, and personalised consultations.
Service Agreement:
a). By engaging our services, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information regarding your home, specific needs, allergies, and any other relevant details to ensure the best possible service.
b). We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem your home or environment unsafe, unsuitable, or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Service Fees:
a). Our flat rate services are designed to deliver results-driven cleans that are not restricted by time limits, unlike our hourly rates. When you book a service with us, we will diligently follow our checklist of tasks, tailored to the specific service you have chosen, along with any additional extras you may have selected. Our dedicated team will continue cleaning until all items have been meticulously attended to, meeting our exceptionally high standards.
As our focus is on delivering results, we do not impose fixed time limits on our services. However, we do provide estimated timeframes to assist with scheduling. Please note that these estimates serve as guidelines, and our cleaning teams are encouraged to work with heightened intensity and efficiency whenever possible.
b). Payment for services is due in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon.
c). All payments are non-refundable, except in cases where we are unable to provide the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
a). If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
b). In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule a service, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance and provide an alternative arrangement.
Liability:
a). Mindful Nest Co is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal property that may occur during the provision of our services, unless caused by our negligence.
b). We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may arise during or as a result of using our services. We recommend consulting with appropriate professionals for any health-related concerns.
c). While we strive to provide accurate advice and information, we do not guarantee the effectiveness or outcomes of any suggestions, tips, or recommendations provided.
Confidentiality:
a). We respect your privacy and will treat all information shared with us as confidential, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
b). We will not disclose or share your personal information without your consent, except when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Intellectual Property:
a). All content and materials provided by Mindful Nest Co, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs, are protected by intellectual property laws and remain our exclusive property.
b). You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
Governing Law:
These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Mindful Nest Co is registered.
